A visit to Orchard Street isn't complete without visiting MarcoArt, which is more than a store, it's a state of mind, 186 Orchard Street, 212-253-1070. Marco, artist and owner of this very cute shop, is the consummate salesman, and is just bubbling over with energy. Marco prints his charming art on a variety of items: T-shirts, halters, slip dresses, jackets, hats, aprons, etc. Marco also sells his limited edition prints, framed or unframed. Marco has quite a funny rap, as he lists his merchandise and prices, the whole routine rises to the punchline crescendo: "T-shirts are $15 dollars, mousepads $15, alien baby Swatch watches $40, prints unframed mo' money, framed MO' money!"

MarcoArt-land. He even slid down the store's fire pole when we asked him.
